Responsibilities include developing new relationships in Africa, where ReElement believes its patents and technology can be used to produce high value, purified critical elements,and benefit local economies. Additional responsibilities include verifying regions within the continent that have the appropriate quality standards of mining and extraction operations, alongside attractive and economically viable resources, and deposits in order to maximize the value of ReElement Technologies’ electrolysis and chromatographic separation and purification technology for critical mineral refining.

Tasked with developing sustainable revenue streams utilizing land and methods traditionally focusing only on legacy ways of monetizing land and assets. Targeted water, agriculture, sustainable timber and sustainable building solutions through long term financial structures. Worked to acquire the rights to intellectual property and development or acquisition of blockchain technologies. Helped sponsor efforts to generate long term value from new and existing technology through the expansion of cash flow.

Director, Chairman of Compensation Committee and Member of Audit Committee

Responsibilities include improving corporate credibility and governance standards by working as a watchdog and help in managing risk. Tasked with business development and will assist the company as it expands its graphene business. Additional tasks include increasing the use of the patented technology, operations, and capital markets, especially the water filtration and purification sector and energy storage.

​​Execute US and international market and business development activities for an operation that supports organizations that use ammonia, fuel cells, hydrogen, and hydrogen combustion technology. Drive growth organically and through strategic acquisition of utility-scale renewable energy assets in the United States and ​abroad over the course of the next 5 years. Lead efforts in business development, energy project portfolio expansion, capture and technical proposal writing, implement and manage technical tasks and projects, and conduct energy-related research.
