Designed, planned, and directed all operations for the prevention of violence, alcohol, and drug abuse among minority families. Carried out evaluative assessment. Supervised, hired, and trained staff and managed a budget in excess of $200k.​

​Strategic Director Diaspora Innovation & Development (Volunteer)

​As strategy director for the Global African Innovation and Development Initiative, I coordinated strategic alliances and partnerships with Global African businesses looking to leverage capacities to become more competitive in the marketplace. Additional responsibilities included recruiting scholars and business executives to the NMBC think tank and responsible for developing the strategic vision for the NMBC Global Entrepreneurship Center.  Fostered an entrepreneurial environment with a specific commitment to facilitating local innovation, technology transfer and commercialization.

City of Newark Experience
(2005 – 2007)

Mayoral Board Appointment, Newark Workforce Investment Board, Newark,NJ.

Mandated program by United States Department of Labor under Workforce Investment Act to develop the Youth One Stop Career Center.  Newark Youth  Investment Council and Workforce Board served as the oversight committee for the Youth One Stop Career Center.

• Reorganized city departments to leverage resources to support the Youth One Stop Career Center.

• Successfully launched the Youth One Stop Career Center.

• Developed the Youth One Stop Career Center strategic plan, whichoutlined the program to employ Newark youth and prepare them for viable self-sustaining careers.

• Newark Youth Investment Council and Workforce Board commended for providing fiscal oversight over the $12M budget.

• Successfully engaged corporate entities to commit to hiring disenfranchised, out-of-school students and ex-offenders.

• From this initiative, we framed the Newark Prisoner Reentry program Mayor Corey Booker launched in 2007.

Responsibilities include developing new relationships in Africa, where ReElement believes its patents and technology can be used to produce high value, purified critical elements,and benefit local economies. Additional responsibilities include verifying regions within the continent that have the appropriate quality standards of mining and extraction operations, alongside attractive and economically viable resources, and deposits in order to maximize the value of ReElement Technologies’ electrolysis and chromatographic separation and purification technology for critical mineral refining.

Tasked with developing sustainable revenue streams utilizing land and methods traditionally focusing only on legacy ways of monetizing land and assets. Targeted water, agriculture, sustainable timber and sustainable building solutions through long term financial structures. Worked to acquire the rights to intellectual property and development or acquisition of blockchain technologies. Helped sponsor efforts to generate long term value from new and existing technology through the expansion of cash flow.
